Binnacle picks things up and puts them down – with precision. Because we use the right tools for your task we’re capable of moving things of almost any weight, any size, and any shape. It may be a crane to lift a multi-ton air conditioning unit to the top of a multi-story building. Or it could be a forklift moving a heavy manufacturing component from one location on a factory floor to another, whether it be in the same building or in a different state. And our projects do not end with just moving something for you. We’ll even set everything back up and have our professional Millwrights perform critical adjustments to complete your job.

Millwright Services
Binnacle’s professional Millwrights activities include installing, assembling, and even dismantling machinery on-site. We consult with engineers and managers to determine the best location to place a machine and then transport, place, and assemble all of the parts in the desired location. We’ll use whatever it takes to get the job done: forklifts, hoists, winches, and even cranes if necessary.
To achieve the extreme tolerances required by modern machines, Binnacle uses precision measuring devices like micrometers. This achievement on both new and old equipment provides for vibration isolation, thereby extending the life of your equipment.
In addition to moving and assembly, Binnacle also provides major repairs and disassembly of machines. If you need to clear space for new machinery we’ll break down your old machines, a task just as complicated as assembly. You can be confident that everything will be taken apart carefully, categorized, and package for shipping. And we’ll use the same care and precision to reassemble it at your final location.
